It was a wonderful and beautiful hotel and we had an excellent stay. There was a variety of good meals. - the staff were amiable and competent. - the location was favorable in the middle of Jackson.

Delicious breakfast, excellent food choice. Comfy beds and cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and tea and coffee making facilities. Favourable location in the middle of jackson & city views. Next to the center of town, and the airport.

The room was big, with bathtub. Central location just off the restaurant, and the center of town, it was in an industrial area: D

Great location! 🌟 It's conveniently close to restaurants, the airport, and only 2 miles away from a lovely natural park. This makes it super easy to explore the area without any hassle.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We especially loved the delicious breakfast that was provided - it had a variety of options to choose from, including Indian and Western dishes. The hotel facilities were also great, including the restaurant where the staff was very helpful.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed, allowing plenty of room for relaxation and rest. the staff were courteous and prompt, providing quality room service that met expectations. We also enjoyed the delicious food that was offered, with a diverse range of options to choose from.

The hotel's location was less than ideal, being situated on a busy and noisy highway that made it difficult to explore the surrounding area. the hot water capacity could be improved, as the morning showers were often lukewarm at best.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and festive, adding a cheerful touch to the atmosphere. The gym and pool are both well-maintained and a great way to stay active on holiday. the hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and has easy access to public transportation.

The food was a major disappointment. I expected much better quality and taste for the price of the meals.

This venue provided a luxurious stay. the staff was attentive and accommodating, meeting all of the exclusive amenities needs. Service in the restaurant was exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes on offer. the spa center was impressive, offering a range of beauty treatments, spa lounges, massages, and waxing. the private facilities were perfect for relaxation.

There was a minor issue in the Spa & wellness center. the treatment room was too cold for my liking.

The staff at Patliputra Continental were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the noise level quieted down after 10pm. The buffet restaurant had a good variety of dishes, including Indian and Asian options, and the breakfast was excellent with made-to-order omelettes and a selection of cereals and fruits. I had a pleasant experience at Patliputra Continental and would recommend it to others.

Located on a noisy highway in a fairly industrial area, this hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet serves a variety of Indian and Asian dishes, and the staff is helpful and accommodating. the hotel also has a restaurant with an a la carte menu.

The front desk and billing procedures need improvement.
